Hey guys I've been searching and can't really find anything that answers my question.

ive came accross a deal on used brembo gt calipers that came off a m6:

https://www.tirerack.com/brakes/bra...e&autoYear=2009&autoModClar=&cat=BigBrakeKits

from what i understand they're same calipers just diff mounting hardware.
woukd I be able to buy diff hardware to fit my 04 fx35 awd and for the rotors could I just change the center I think it's called "dome" so that it fits our bolt pattern??

i see on the brembo site they sell bolt on kits so I'm wondering if I can mod the existing m6 kit

thanks
mike

Your best bet is to get an idea how much the caliper bracket and hat for the FX will cost you. Most likely, Brembo is a good start for these replacement parts. Once you get some info such as the measurements and then try other after market manufacturer and see it you can get them cheaper. In my opinion, its not worth the trouble unless the M6 kit is dirty cheap.

Yeah I stayed up doing some research last night too
I can get front and back for 3k!!

but I also found out that conceptzperformance has Akebono set up for 1499 lol going to see if I can. Get one of those bj adapters off of here

thanks for your input

your best bet is also going onto the g35 forums and checking for more info on this. I have seen guys on there do crazy customizations because of the open aftermarket availabilities for that make and model

Yeah I finally found something on g35 driver from z1motorsports

https://www.z1motorsports.com/z1-pr...o-front-brake-bracket-kit-350zg35-p-5332.html

i sent them a message but I doubt they will know if these will allow me to run the gt 380s
im stuck right now cause if I buy the calipers and they don't bolt up I got to resell wait then buy the Akebono
or I buy them and the bracket and hope it works lol fml

So after all this research I saved myself the headache and bought Akebono kit from

https://conceptzperformance.com/Cart/description.php?II=9823

so from my understanding all I need now is the bj adapter that turbo sells? He might be sold out Tho so any suggestions ?

cause in their site it says to buy the 09 knuckles kinda confused
