Breaks squeaking after break change

I took my FX to get my breaks changed about a month ago. After driving it for a few minutes, it had a small squeak. I didn't think anything of it since I just got my breaks changed. I thought it would go away. But everyday it got louder and louder. Now it just sounds horrible! Its squeaking like my pads are almost completely worn out. I went to the place where I got my breaks changed but they were closed today. I plan on going tomorrow. But does anyone know what might be wrong?

Did you have your rotors turned?
Did you follow recomended break in procedure---

1. Drive the vehicle on a straight smooth road at 50 km/h (31 MPH).
2. Use medium brake pedal /foot effort to bring the vehicle to a complete stop from 50 km/h (31 MPH). Adjust
brake pedal /foot pressure such that vehicle stopping time equals 3 to 5 seconds.
3. To cool brake system, drive the vehicle at 50 km/h (31 MPH) for 1 minute without stopping.

4. Repeat steps 1 to 3, 10 times or more to complete the burnishing procedure.

This is the burnishing procedure from the FX Shop Manual for OE Pads.

I just took it to a shop. The shop is on a street with alot of construction. So I didn't do any break procedures when I left. I didn't even know that I had to do any.

after you do this, you should be squeak free.

Also, after time, glaze will build up and you will have to do it again.

It still was squeaking pretty bad. But I found the problem: I had bought the cheapest breaks that the auto parts store had. (shame on me). I then bought the best ceramic breaks that they had and I changed them out. My breaks have been squeak free.
