Breaks , need help

Hi today while was driving my fx45 , something strange happen , I hit the break and the car refuse to stop and the break foot felt like something stuck on it, and made a strange noise, I don't know if it's the abs acting , but I was like 5mph.
it started to snow arrow here in Boston . What do u guys think?
 
I bought it 1 wk ago, the dealer replaced the front rotors and pads... I don't know why it's happening , Im coming Forman Audi TT , and this only happens when u hit the brakes for to long.
But in this case I e tested in 5 , 20 ,30 mhp , and it was very dangerous after 20...
 
your tires might be worn and in snow abs acts funny. Unless the dealer did something wrong, like getting air in your brake system i wouldnt be too worried
 
So are you on snow/ice when it happens? If so, it's probably the ABS. On the FX, the ABS is somewhat intrusive. It kicks back more than on some other cars I've experienced. Or are you hitting the brakes and the car just isn't stopping? No pulsing of the brake pedal, but just not stopping. You're describing 2 separate things, one sounds like ABS and the other sounds like brake fade since you say it only happened in your Audi after lots of braking.
