Brake slips in snow

My rotors and brakes are very new but the brake slips and shake so bad during snow which really scares me sometimes..I would read all ideas and solution if any..

It's normal the roads are slippery esp in snow n ice

Did your brake paddle pulses when that happening? If so, its your ABS at work!

You need to install ice skates. Much better grip on ice.
