Brake Job in NYC?

VDC and slip lights come on periodically, time for a brake job. Any suggestions for a good place in the NYC area? Should I go to dealer? Other? Thanks guys...

Wish mine went that long ....my pads front and rear were shot at about 28k rotors had some life left but I replaced them anyways ....just buy the rotors and pads and get a shop you trust to put them on..

I bought mine at 26k miles....now I wonder if the previous owner had replaced them. Mine is Infiniti certified so maybe they did that. hmmm.

Changed my pads today, took about 40 minutes start to finish.

Swapped the OEM's for Akebono's, sooo much smoother now!

Dwayne, you're local, where do you get yours done? What pads/rotors did you replace with? Whered you buy them?

How much were the Akebono pads? At my mileage (34k) you think its just pads or both pads and rotors?

The Infiniti dealer quoted $350 for front pads and $330 for rear! Is that normal? Plus tax and plus maybe resurface rotors...

I just had squeal coming from the fronts, so I knew it was pads. I paid $45 shipped for the Akebonos from Ebay.

i just got some oem front and rear pads on ebay for $ 125 . quick question do i have to change my rotors also or i could just change the pads?
