Bolt/spring steering wheel

Also when taking out my dash I accidentally removed this bolt/spring. Don't ask me why. How does one go about getting it back on? The 2nd pic shows where it goes. See where that black thing with all the grease on it is . The metal tab things are suppose to fit under there somehow.

Hmm... does the spring goes in between the two metal tab? Have you tried with lower/raise the steering wheel via the telescopic switch?
