bolt pattern and wheel spacers

ok so i found out that our bolt pattern is 5x114.3.. now i found some 24" rims with a bolt pattern of 5x135.

do you think there are spacers or something that could be fitted for these rims?? let me know..
the guy wants only 600 and their in good condition without curb rash or anything, but no tires, and they need to be re-chromed or powder coated

ya i know thier cruddy but my first rims!! i dont want to spend a fortune, plus i live in chicago so if they get screwed up it wont be as big of a deal...

I say pass. The lister does not even know the specs of the wheels (wheel width and offset) he is selling.

I wouldn't want to have any interaction with that dude. Powdercoating, spacers, adapters, 24" tires... That's all gonna add up and cost you a fortune. Good luck.
