Anyone have recommendations in the LA area from personal experience (esp for our cars)? Willing to drive a bit as well.
OR I was thinking I might as well just go to a really "well known"/expensive spot like RDBLA since I'm not going to be paying.
On my 3rd QX70... Some idiot in a typical San Fernando Valley BMW decided to run a red by speeding through a right turn only lane (oncoming) as I was finishing my left turn. Clipped my bumper, bracket moved to the left, license plate came off, scraped his side door, ending up crumpled in between his rear fender and tire.
From a previous accident, the last body shop I went to mixed the paint wrong so my entire front bumper was a bit darker. Good thing I have to replace my front bumper again, but this time I'm looking for a proper body shop that will really paint match. Also - the way he put the bumper back on, the headlights don't align properly, one side is basically touching the bumper. Told me the way the car's set up, it's "very hard to align the bumper properly to the headlights" which is some bs..
