When I put my 2012 FX35 into reverse, all I get is a blank blue screen. I had the around view camera system and sonar, but now I have absolutely nothing on the screen. I know there is a camera module either under the driver's seat or behind the stereo system. I have a feeling that there might have been some water in the car at some point and I wasn't told. I'm over 60k so my warranty's finished and I'm sure Infiniti in Chicago might want an arm and a leg. Is anyone familiar with this issue and how to correct it?
Issue: Blank screen when put into reverse.
Diagnostic (Settings + Volume) sees that the camera is installed and reads just fine, but still no video.
