Has anyone replaced their lug nuts with black ones? I am thinking about plasti dipping my wheels and would like to have black lug's. If I cant find any I will probably just plastidip them too.

Plastidipped lugs won't hold up long to hand wrenching let alone to air tools. Better to find aftermarket hard anodized lugs or powder coat yours.

I have them on mine, got them from Summit Racing. They have black chrome and black anodized. Thread size is 12 x 1.25.

If you know your lug nuts size you need. I saw some great deals on amazon
Any where from $30 to $50 all brands pretty much. I like the gorilla brand
have been using gorilla lug nuts and locks since 98. Never had any issues
except when I lost the lug nut key. It was big pain in the rear to get them off.
But I was able to remove them..

We have high quality Muteki(same as Kics Project) lug nuts in stock, all colors. PM me if you want them

Personally I think it's a waste of money to buy black lugnuts. I think your best bet is to pull a couple off at a time, throw some magazines on the ground and spraypaint them black. I did this on a couple of cars and it held up pretty well. Takes up about an hour of your time and costs a mere $7! But I do agree with you, whichever way you go, black lugnuts look great with black wheels. Good luck!

Thanks guys. I think I will try to dip them first and see how that goes. If I spray the wheels on the car I wont need to worry about it but I am planning on taking the wheels off first.

i've got the rays black anodized on my wheels. they've faded a bit and look more gunmetal than black. now they match my gunmetal wheels :)

If you're planning to use them on your stock 2013 wheels, they'll NOT work. 2nd Gen wheels need the flange type, like the bigger one on the right on this picture in the following post.

Yeah you have to be careful, most of those aftermarket lugs are made to be used with after market wheels. It's not easy to find mag seat lugs, which is what the stock wheels use, that come already painted, powdered, or anodized black. I looked around myself and couldn't find any that looked like they were worth the money. I've been thinking about spray painting mines black ever since I spray painted my wheels copper but I haven't gotten around to it.
