I want to give a shout out to Bermans Inifiniti of Chicago. They replaced my bubbling dash as it was looking hideous. Looking like new again.

Greta news! Did you have to coat it with anything or did it match the interior finish out of the box?
 
I have gone to Berman's twice for service in a 2-3 year span: once with my 2006 35 and earlier this year, with my 50. Each time I have ended up with' lot damage'. The first one knocked in my rear right end a good six inches in causing over a week of work to fix at the body shop. The second was more minor.
(They fixed it each time but still charged me the nominal $30 or so for the oil change. Not a big deal but really?)
Never again. I drive from the city to Lisle and/or Clarendon Hills (haven't tried the Norther burbs yet) just to get service I know will be good and consistent even if Berman's is 5 minutes away from me. I also let my handful of Infiniti owning friends and family know and they too do the same.
