backup light (left) not working

Hey Fellows,

My backup light at the left side is not working.
At first the 921 bulb was dead. I replaced it with a new one. But there was no light.:mad.:
I tested it with the same bulb on both sides.
It seemes that it is the wiring. I could not find a specific fuse for it in the three fuse boxes. The other lights at the back door are all working.
Has anybody a idea what it could be?

try and check the part that you socket that you plug the bulb into .... maybe it is damaged ....

Not the bulbs, take a look at the part that you plug the bulb into, im talking about the area were your bulb fits into ... there might be somthing out of place ... thats what happened with one of my interior lights ... got it fixed easily ...

I was having the same issue a couple of months ago, though the light would come on if I lightly tapped on it. So I took the bulb out and cleaned the contacts on both the bulb and socket then applied some dielectric grease to the socket contacts and put it all back together again. No problems ever since.

well i have checked the wiring and there is a problem with one wire that goes up to the front off the car.
thats not an easy problem to solve because where is the point is goes wrong.
It is a orange wire with grey stripes.
So it is only one wire and i think i need a wiringscheme.
Has anybody a idea where i can get such a scheme?
