Greetings all! I just recently purchased a 2004 FX45 and I can't believe I slept on this beast all this time. I've had a ton of different vehicles, but one of my all-time favorites was my 1997 Q45t (the one with the digital clock)! I can honestly say that I'm completely satisfied with my recent purchase thus far!
I'm only a few days in and I've been bitten by the mod bug! I've got a few questions that I'm sure all of you will be able to help me with... Here goes:

1) Is the Z-tube/ K&N drop in set-up better than the full K&N "77 series" intake system?
2)I want to put a tow hitch on her, but I'm also looking at the Invidia exhaust... Will I be able to fit both on there?
3) What's the best tow hitch out there?
4) I'm looking at the PAC Audio iPod/ Bluetooth interface... Any reviews out there?
5) What's the best option for HID/ Xenon fog lights?

Any and all suggestions are welcomed!

Try searching for the products you asked about. I'm pretty sure we have info about everything except the K&N intake. I can't remember seeing anything here about that one.

The OEM hitch gets the best reviews and is the most well hidden. Some choose a Curt hitch to save a few bucks.
 
Welcome to the forum! Regarding the fogs I'd go with the DDM Apexecone kit. I've had mine for awhile with no issues, other members have had their HID's longer than myself and I believe they are satisfied as well.
 
Thanks for the warm reception! I've been doing more research on the air flow & the K&N I mentioned above is is the 77 series which has the chrome tube... My understanding is that the black plastic tube keeps the air colder, thus performing better. I think I'm going to go with the POP charger... Is anyone using the stillen Z Tube with the POP?

FX45 models are not compatible with Ztube used on FX35/350z/g35. There is a Jim Wolf intake but was in short production period. I'm sure some fx45 owners will chime in or try this link ///2610.

Congrats on purchase.
