Fellas an hour ago I was about to turn off the FX , and the AWD & SLIP LIGHTS POPED.... I turned off the engine and turned on again and the chirp start.
does anyone had the same issue?

It's a conspiracy! My FX had issues Monday with the VDC turning off, Service Engine Soon, and Slip light were lit. I had to replace a camshaft position sensor for $30. If your service light is on, use an OBD-II to check the code.

I did the oil change at infiniti dealer last week , they checked all fluids level, and pads ,everything's good.
It only happened twice . But the guy from the dealer told me that they test the batt and the voltage is dropping I bought the car last December , the dealer that I bought they are very cheap, that batt probably it's a crap. I'll start from the batt , I'll buy a good battery .

Before you buy a new battery, just test it yourself. A multi-meter is like $6 and test the voltage yourself. If your battery is mid 12's when the car is off and in the 14's when the car is on, it's not failing yet. If it's below 12 when it's off, you have an issue.

Yes I do have a multimeter , I'll do that when I hat home in case I have an issue , it could be the alternator right? Cause the starter it s a bit lazy!

Only if the alternator isn't charging the battery. Multimeter will tell you; if it's not over 14V while car is running, then it's your alternator. While the car is on, the car runs off the alternator. Slow starts would normally be battery since the alternator isn't doing anything on startup.

Buddy's I guess I know what wrong with car , my wife came from her work , and the car doesn't want to start , she stayed there, trying to start the car , but it started. When she got home I went with a scanner that I bought from Harbor F.T. , AND it's giving me code P0340 , says camshaft position sensor... Now the serv engine light is on . Do you guys think that I should buy that sensor from the dealer or aftermarket? Since it's an 2003 car . I was reading here at the forum that 03/04 has this common issues.

After market sensor is fine with me in a pinch. I hardly ever go to local dealer for oem part. Unless you're an OCD with everything has to be Infiniti/Nissan branded!

La fx , I did not replace the sensor , Monday morning I've turn on the car with the remote start, for warm up, and when I was leaving i had to turn it on again with the key cause it has a timer. But it did not start , it was dead! :-/ I jacked the Fx and disconect the batt , than stick my head under the car and banged the starter , connect the batt and barabin barabun, it worked ... Now I know that I need to replace the starter, what is a pain in the neck.... Everything is tight and the starter is very big . But I'll try to change the starter brushes my self . I'll do a DIY... I've been looking for brushes on eBay .

Starter problem is not common at all with the FX. Yeah, the starter on the FX is a PIA to change. I haven't done one, but been under the car enough to make me crinch each time I see it. Love to see the DIY when you change yours out.

Yeah before I banged the starter , I was trying to take it out! But I was in a hurry . Dindnt do it.
By the way , at night I was driving and the slip & AWD poped up again. But now I always have my scanner in hands, and no codes , I just turn off and on , and was gone... It's my first infiniti bought it las dec , but it has to many little issues... :-/
