My cats are rattling and my fx is only 2wd and i found cats from same model year fx but its Awd. Is threre going to be clearance/fitment issues? Thanks.
I removed my catalytic and confirmed they are the source of the rattling noise (sounded like rocks in a tumbler) i hear on cold start. The core inside came loose and sliding back and forth. In my case it was not the shielding like some reported. FYI, the filter housings needed to be out of the way to access one bolt per side.
