Automatic Window Issue

I recently had to replace my car battery and after doing so, I notice now, my "One Touch Window Up" feature no longer works. I now have to hold the window button up constantly until the window completly closes. I use to be able to just quickley pull the window lever all the way up, release the button and the window would automatically close.
Is this a common issue after a battery change? I haven't noticed anything else that doesn't work since the battery swap.
How can I fix this?
Is this a programming issue?

Thread moved from engine and drivetrain..



Put the window all the way down, then pull up on the switch completely and keep holding 5 seconds after its closed. Problem fixed
