Automatic: Driving Assistant

It's cool, but a little pricey for what it is. You can buy one of those Torque app dongles for a lot less and do the code stuff at least, which is what I would probably use it for the most. Not sure about the gas and navigating, but things like auto 911 call if there's a crash and parking locator are a little gimmicky. I downloaded one of those parking apps before and don't think I've ever used it.

I would however love to see the score I get when it keeps track of braking, fast accelerating, and speeding.

Yeah, the fuel efficiency is a little lost on my driving style, but I liked the code reading and ability to clear the codes.

Check out the Torque app then. I think it's $5 Android/iOS and you can find the bluetooth OBD2 attachment on Amazon for $15-20, but they can be hit or miss. Good thing is if you buy one through Amazon and not the retailer then you should be able to return it easily either for another one in case that one was defective, or just get your money back.

I use a GoPoint for older vehicle. It works quite well. The app that goes with the GoPoint does look as nice as the Automatic, but it gets the job done by providing driving stats and most important of all -- clear engine codes. I have yet to try it with my FX.
