Auto Window Up no longer working, after Enable Aux/Video when driving mod

I just finished the Enable Aux/Video mod and my front windows no longer operate with the Auto Up. The windows still Auto Down properly, just not Auto Up.

I also had the flashing Air Bag icon after the mod, did the Air Bag icon reset procedure and that issue is now fixed.

Does any one have any ideas as to why the Auto Up operation no longer works?

Thanks

Try the window reset procedure?

While window is up, continue to hold up for 5 seconds.

+1 on trying to reset the window. With the car started roll the window down a little, then roll it up and without releasing the window switch, hold the window switch in the up position for 5 seconds. Worked for me in the past.

do it for 10 seconds just to be sure....I'm sure you are not doing something right and it just got reset since you disconnected the battery.

This happened to me after disconnecting the battery. Turn the car on and roll the window all the way down. Then roll it back up without letting go of the switch and hold it for around 10-15 seconds. It should now be reset after that.

Yeah it worked like a charm. I held the window up for more than 10 seconds. I tried searching before posting for auto window issues and didn't see anything mentioned how you guys posted above.

Thanks again guys for the quick response.

I did not expect this info to be in the user's manual, would have thought only in the Service Manual.

I was also speaking to a friend that works on Acuras, and for them they need to do an up and down sequence 3 times. Can't believe how easy the procedure is for the FX.

Would this work for my situation?:

My driver side window is having problems. On some days, the auto-up feature will not work, but the auto-down feature works every time. The passenger has YET to have any problems.
If this procedure is bound to work, it says pull the window switch.. does it mean pull the window switch all the way up in the auto position or up in the manual position?

Pull all the way up

Trying it both ways would take less than a minute...
