Just wanted to share my recent experience with Austin Infiniti.

Called them last week Tuesday, 8/23 about getting the dash replaced in my '07, and having a smarkey that they didn't sell me programmed.

Dropped my FX off on Friday at noon, got a BRAND NEW G37 loaner @ 12 miles on the counter for the weekend (wasn't impressed, but that's just me), and just picked my FX up a few minutes ago - Monday @ 4:30pm. I have to say, I'm quite impressed overall. The service rep Monte was excellent to deal with, service had the parts available to replace the dash with (LOTS of them in central Texas' heat - go figure!), and they programmed and cut my smartkey for $68. The FX was detailed inside and out too. Considering the size of the dealership, and the service department, I can see why they get tons of business. Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive, including the valets at drop off/pick up.

Overall, compared to just about every other dealership/service department I've encountered, this experience ranks right up there at the top! I'll definitely be recommending them to friends with Infiniti's.

I wish there was an Infiniti dealer like this around boston. One of the members had an issue with a local dealer which gave him the run around.

I was there last week also to replace my dash. Got a G37 loaner. Job was done in a day. It was quick but they didn't assemble the console properly. That's the only complain I have. Steve there was very helpful. Its the only stealership in entire austin. No doubt they are always packed.
