Ark exhaust 3.5 & 5.0 difference

Hey guys how’s it going. I just did some thing I wanted to share which is probably a question that some people on here might have. I purchased the ark grip exhaust system off a member on FB which came off a 2010 FX35.  I have a 2014 QX70 S 5.0. So hence the question. What is the difference between the ark exhaust between the 3.5 and the 5.0? And will it fit? The difference is 3 1/4 inches longer at the front flex/X pipe. Not gonna say it was easy but totally doable if you can find somebody that can weld and cut. To make a long story short I got 2.5” gaskets & bolts off eBay. I cut the Xpipe very precisely by 3 1/4” on both sides. Removed and shaved the excess from the flanges off & reattached them to the xpipe. Agled the mufflers where i wanted them & welded the flanges on the xpipe. Sounds Amazing! As far as my previous custom made 370z mufflers wich bolt right up to the 5.0. Im gona let those go for 300! With a set of gaskets.
