Are TPMS part of Body Control Module? 2012 FX35

I have a 2012 Fx35 with TPMS light staying on. I had all 4 sensors checked and replaced just to be on the safe side. The car reads them so I no longer receive the "Check Tire Pressure" message. However, the yellow TPMS horseshoe light refuses to go off. Tire shop and a mechanic has tried everything under God' green earth to shut off the code via ODB and other tools. This car was a rebuilt title from flood. My question is: Is there a TPMS module in this year or is it all part of the body control module? Am I better off just changing the BCM and trying again?

have you tried the dealer? They have the magic touch with those.
I've been to tire shops that were unsuccessful.

& Dealer has never charged me for a reset
 
The dealer is having the exact same issue. Unfortunately, they will have to charge an arm and leg to go further.
