Anybody Else Remove The Crossbars From The Roof Rails?

I took them off tonight and it does clean up the look of the car. It is a bit sleeker without them. It has me wondering if getting the silver rails painted black will further clean things up a bit. Anybody else do either mod? Feedback? What should I expect to pay a body/ paint place to paint my roof rails black?

Next mods: strut tower bar, forged gunmetal lugnuts to drop a couple of lbs., superlite Wilwood BBK to drop yet more unsprung weight and improve braking (duh).

Man, I'm so tempted to do this to mine now...
