Most aftermarket rotors are pretty much the same. If you want perfect reliability, just go OEM. If you like the looks of drilled/slotted, get those. There are no performance advantages of drilled or slotted rotors, it's purely for looks. Most aftermarket replacement rotors are made in China - R1, Centric/StopTech, Brembo, etc. You pretty much only get US or Italian made stuff on the high end BBK's and even then, it's the calipers and rotor hats, the rotors themselves may still be made in China. Not that it's a big deal, it makes a lot of sense to do it. My only point is that rotors are pretty much all the same no matter the brand. I've used everything from no name eBay rotors to expensive Brembo's and they've all worked absolutely fine.
Don't skimp on the pads and it appears you are not, but for rotors, I wouldn't sweat it too much. I'm running R1's right now on both my cars and they're fine. If you like StopTech, just get Centric. It's the same company and I don't think you'd find any difference in the one piece rotors except Centric is priced lower.
Coated rotors are nice, but keep in mind the coating on the actual rotor surface is useless and wears off the first time you hit the brakes. The coating on the hat remains though and that's the important part.
