Annoying loud brakes

My brakes have been annoying the hell out of me lately. Everytime I come down a slight incline and push the brake slowly, the outside brakes make an annoying groaning/rubbing/grinding sound. I brought it to the dealer before and they said the brakes are fine. I really don't think they are. My brakes have 28K on them. They don't always make the sound, just sometimes they do. I only drive my car once a week though. It sits about 6 days a week. The rotors don't look warped either. Should the dealer replace this under warranty? This is very annoying to me.

The brakes are actually so loud you can hear them touch the rotor's surface when they operate.

Try different brake pads first. The dealer will probably replace the pads or resurface your rotors if your still under warranty, but the noise will probably eventually return and you will be back to square one.

had that i switched pads to Hawk pads I'm fine now.

Resurface the rotors and clean off the edges on the pads with some sand paper.
