I have a set of blacked out headlights. No angel lights in them. They're not quite finished yet though, my schedule is kind of tight nowadays. PM me if you're interested...

If i'm understanding your request right: " new headlight units, preferably with angel lights ", NEW meaning "brand new"? It'll be a very slim chance of that for your $300 budget.
 
Ha. No assembly line. People keep offering me their non blacked out plus $$$ for the blacked out ones. Me being a kind soul, gotta accept ;)
