Definitely gonna get one of these after doing an oil change with one on the Z. Does it come with all new mounting hardware? Mine is at least 50% broken or missing at this point...
Yes...he gives you all new hardware with purchase, I got a black one 2 months ago and it's great. Haven't changed oil yet but I can tell from the
size of the oil door it will be a breeze....

Yeah most people probably just need bolts - but we add the U-nuts(speed clips) for you

make sure you verify that you get the correct year - 2003-2005 and 2006-2008 are different. And its also easy to mix up the FX35 and FX45

Ive seen these with hatches in them to reach the oil filer so you don't have to remove it.

I'm changing oil next week, I'll try to remember and take pics. Mine is getting a little ugly on the underside though, I've actually bent it toward the back where it hangs the lowest. The black finish is still staying strong though.

I changed my oil, access space was plenty. No problem there.
The only note I have is that I jack my car up, and when the car is unbalanced as it was when my car was jacked up once the oil plug started dripping it dripped into the actual pan, and made a bit of a mess. More of a problem with my method than anything.
I will also point out that the bolts holding the oil drain door are the lowest point of this pan by a bit, so for those of us who are really low (me and shadow), those bolts get really worn down from scraping (i replaced them).

I use 4 ramps to combat the lean, then again I'm not as low as others.

Does it drip towards the back, or to the side? I always put the front up on jack stands. I put the jack straight in from the front, I'm just high enough to clear the pan with a little flex from the plastic, and then raise it up to put the stands on either side.
Don't think I had any issues with dripping on the Zspeed one on the Z.

I'll see if I get any oil dripping issues when I do this next week. I typically use ramps, there's just enough clearance to get on them - the little flaps in front of the tires brush on the way up. I can't center jack my car at the current ride height.

Finally changed the oil, the belly plan did save a lot of time over having to drop the OEM splash shield.
So here's what mine looks like after 4 months, it's a little rough, you can see it's bent a little.
Closer view, the oil on the pan is from my blown shock (the fluid on the ground is AC condensation).
Close up of the door, it's taken a few hits...
Where most of the scraping happens
My only issues with the oil change are solely due to how low my car is and nothing to do with the aluminum splash shield. I had trouble removing the door on ramps as it's so low the door hits the ground and I had to bend it slightly to slide the tabs out. For mildly lowered cars, this won't be an issue. My other problem was that it's slightly awkward to get a wrench on the drain nut because of the belly pan. When the OEM one comes off, you have multiple angles to use a wrench, but with the belly pan, I had trouble fitting a wrench in there at an angle to get leverage. But it's again just due to my drive height, at a normal height, it won't be awkward.
And for reference, this is the front flaps bending as I go up the ramps. I think at OEM height, you'd never scrape the belly pan and probably never mildly lowered.
