I just started noticing this the other day, I don't know if it is normal or something that needs to be addressed. When starting the vehicle, all the lights in the instrument gauge lights up like normal. All the lights then go off as soon as the car is fully started. However, the airbag light takes close to 5 seconds, if not longer, before going off.
My wife mostly drives the vehicle, so when I eventually drive it, I tend to try and look around to make sure she did not break anything (you know how women are....j/p
). but lately I have been noticing the airbag light lingering. B/c a Infiniti dealership is by my wife's job, I asked her to bring in the vehicle to have Infiniti look at it (still under warranty). I was not with her, but she told me she told the guys at the dealership about the issue with the airbag light, and for some reason Infiniti told her they did not see the issue she was complaining about...which leads me to ask the question of whether this is normal, or do "I" need to go to dealership to have them fix this
