Adding Side Window Deflectors

I want to add weather tech side window deflectors to my fx, but not sure to get light or dark tint.

The two big posts already cause a big blind spot while driving at times. Almost hit 2 bikers and 1 skateboarder.

Would the dark tint make the blind spot worse?

as for looks people tell me the dark tint would look better. but has any one tried the lighter tint??

It seems to come down to looks or safety in this issue

What do you guys think?

I just bought my fx and the tint was my first mod I matched the front with the rear it is a ill dark but looks good.

hes talking about wind deflectors. Personally if your front windows are tinted dark, then get the light tinted ones.

I also put the wind deflectors too and they are dark looks good

I'm sure dark tint would look good. I'm just worried about blind spots.

I can hardly see between the space of my side mirrors and the big posts.

Just adding the side deflector would block some of that space in between.

I've had the dark tint side deflectors on 3 other vehicles and it never affected my visibility.
When they become available for the 2nd Gen I will get dark tint deflectors.
if you feel it affects your visibility, get the lighter ones, it's best to be safe, they would still look good.
