3M Di-Noc Vinyl on Aluminum/Chrome parts

i have a roll of the 3M Di-Noc at home and am thinking of wrapping the Chrome parts/aluminum parts (interior and exterior), like the rear bumper protector :embarrassed:

does anyone know if in future when i want to remove, will it mess up the chrome/aluminum finish?

trying to experiment with different colors on the car.

have used this product before on my other car but didn't get the chance to remove it so i'm not sure if it will mess up. i will be applying it with a heat gun if that will help
any help would be great:tup:
