265/65R18 fitment?

I've looked at several different threads already, but I have some specific questions I need help with before I get new tires. I have a Tech Pckg 2004 (and my stock tire size is 265/60/18.) I found a great deal on tires but they are 265/65R18. I have two concerns; would this size Fit my rim and secondly, how much rubbing would there be. since this tire is a bit taller, I imagine it will rub when I turn. If so, is there any easy way to fabricate to prevent the rubbing or is it mild rubbing? I would really appreciate the help! thanks in advance!
 
Is your ride drop? if not they should not be no problem with rubbing are wheel I just going to be bigger
 
I have that size. Mines is nitto tires 265/65R18. To be honest you can't really feel and difference except the tire height.
