23mm Vanity Mirror LED's

I get alot of PM's & e-mails all the time about my M, the question that I'm getting the most now is "what led's do I use in my vanity mirrors"?

So I hope that this info will help:

The vanity mirrors in the M's need a 23mm led, we all know that for know the best are SMD's.

I buy them from ebay seller wx_led

They only cost $12 with free shipping for the pair and they fit perfect.

Nevermind...it wasn't that I didn't know how to install it...its just the one I was trying to install didn't work!!!!!! Buyer beware I guess! The other one did work and functions nicely. I emailed the seller so hopefully they will replace the bad one so I can do the passenger side.
 
Note : being a semiconductor they are polarised and will only work one way around so try them before you put the lens cover back on (in case you have to reverse the polarity of the connection )
 
I have vleds that I bought that I haven't installed for good 3 months. I will get around to it eventually
 
Yup we're all good now...I like them better than the stock lights...Not sure if they are actually brighter but they do give off a nice "cleaner" looking light! Thanks for the hookup!

I have the 2012 M37... will this LED fit? The stock ones are not very good...
 
Can't tell you how long I did an internet search looking for these damn LEDs--really bothered me that I had the rest of the interior switched out but not these, I am so OCD about the car. you have my sincerest gratitude!!!

That's the reason I started this tread, I was getting alot of PM's & e-mails on how to do these light from members at different forums.

these are the last leds that most do because of the lack of info.

I try my best to give out good info all the time. :smile:
