22 inch wheels

I have 06 fx35. Was thinking of going with 22 X 10.5 X 28 offset wheels and 285 X 40 X 22 tire size. Just wondering if that will work. Or if i will have issues. My car is not lowered stock height

Very common size, tires are slightly taller than stock. At stock height, you're not going to have problems with that offset or sizing.
