22'' forgestar f14 question

Hi all,

I am revising my order with charles from 20'' to 22'' wanting to have semi concave for the front, and deep concave for the back. The original plan was to have them all in 22x10.5 wrapped with 285/40/R22 since that seemed to have worked for the vossen cv-1 owners, but forgestar does not make semi-concave for the 10.5.

After doing the research on this forum, it seemed like a good way to go is to go staggered. My question is what would be the most aggressive setup i can go with if i choose to use 285/40 on the tires w/out the need of spacers? semi concave does come in 22x10...would that work the best for the front? If so, what offset would they need to be in? I am still a noobie at car mods, so any input is appreciated!
 
At that tire size i presume you will not lower the car so i would go for an offset of 30-35 in the back and a 40-45 in the front.

thanks for the reply baias. You're absolutely right. I am not planning on lowering the car, and that's why the 285/40 seems more ideal. The back wheels are pretty much set on 22x10.5 +42 wrapped with 285/40/R22, but I am still a bit confused on the best option for the front wheels, and their offsets if i decide to have them wrapped in 285/20 as well in a staggered setup.
 
I had on my first set of wheels a 285/35R22 configuration with 9" rim width and a 35 offset and front had a bit of poke. The back needed a 10 mm spacer to look even. This is why i am saying you will need those numbers on the offset and i am 99% sure of it. For a staggered configuration on 285/40R22 tire size you will have no options if i am not mistaken.

Okay so here goes:


My setup with F14s is as follows:
22x9 et 30 with 265x40x22 all around
With this I'm pretty flush up front and in need of 8-10 mm more in the rear to be flush.

According to http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

Ideal rears for you:
22x10.5 285/40/22 et 30

Fronts:
22x9.5 285/40/22 et 35

Overall diameters will give you a 2% difference and should be okay with the awd according to consensus. This should give you that flush fit. Play around with that calc and use my numbers as a base. Good luck.
 
I have the Vossen CV3 10.5 285/35/22 all the way around and BC coilovers and its working great for me

Where you got the coils from or did you have to custom fit them ?
