2015 Qx70s Misfire[2] lean code overheating

Own 2015 Qx70s for almost 6 yrs...no issues till this yr...this misfire cylinder 2..changed spark plugs and 1 coilpack for the misfire in cylinder 2...now I'm getting a lean code....today my truck got hot....Guage jumped up real quick but a couple of turns and it went down....
Pressure test for radiator good...
Didn't smell anything
Fans work
All hoses connected
Checked everything for leaks or disconnections
New spark plugs
Throttle body cleaned intakes cleaned
Mass air sensor checked
Intakes cleaned out
I mean I baby this truck..CANT FIGURE IT OUT..NEED HELP PLEASE...open to any suggestions...thanks

I’m having this same problem - replaced the spark plugs, coils, MAF sensors, and now about to do the O2 sensors.

what ended up happening with yours?

Did you look at fuel pressure, check fuel pump, Maf sensor ?
