 SERVICE INFORMATION Infiniti JX35 vehicles equipped with a Navigation system are also equipped with a wireless communication device called a Telematics Communication Unit (TCU). This bulletin contains important service procedures that must be performed in order to set-up and maintain the Infiniti JX35 telematics system. nothing about the TSB... just every JX that comes off the truck carrier must be programmed by the dealership. It's a known process that every Infiniti vehicle equipped with Infiniti Connection will need this procedure before delivery.
