2010 FX35 Factory Nav software update

Hi Guys,

i am trying to update my 2010 FX35 factory Nav software and found this online "Infiniti Navigation System X9 DVD Year 2012" from Navtec. Has anybody tried this software? If yes is it worth spending $250 or else are there any other options???

Thanks in advance

Hi All,
New to the site. I have a 2003 FX45 that has the original nav disc. Looking for a copy of the most up to date nav. What would that be and where can I find it?

Imho I wouldn't update any nav if you have a decent phablet/phone that can navigate for you. These updates are always at least three years out of date on roads and points of interest updates (in my experience) and as soon as you update you'll find plenty of things are still missing.

Just my opinion. Of course if your's is all the way back to 2003 you'll certainly gain a lot of updates but your phone via Google maps (for example) will always be much more recent.

$250 can by 2 !! navigators which can be updated for free every 3 month
what the heck are they smoking over there ?
:eek.:

I bought a navigation update for my 2010 FX50 from navigation.com. The price really doesn't justify the updates, it still had a lot of info missing, even newly built highways were missing which I thought would for sure be there. For the most part I rely on my phone to navigate and its connected through BT anyway.
