2007 fx35 with viper 5902 alarm. Problem

I just got a viper 5902 alarm installed in the truck. And once in a while the red security light(factory alarm) will come on solid and the truck will not start with the key but will remote start sometimes. No one seem to know what the problem is. Help anyone!!
The light will stay on for appox 20 mins and then come off and everything will be back to normal.
 
Sounds like who ever installed your alarm wired up the alarm wrong to the factory transponder. Factory alarm is very tricky.
 
Can u put me onto a installer who may be helpful... either in brooklyn or queens
