2006fx35

Hi Guys, I'm touching 70K on my 2006FX35. The last service was 18K miles and more than a year back. I kinda feel the transmission getting a teeny bit sluggish when the accelerator is floored.

Just need an opinion if Infiniti Serive Centers are the best place to give for Service and Tune-up, very costly though :err:, or a good local shop would do? Last time it cost me 2.1K and this time I dunno what would be it.

Who pays that much for service?!?!?!
Sounds like ISC is the worst place for you to drive into to. . . . Damn!

start with your differential fluid- you should change that yourself. takes 30 mins.
transmission oil- a complete drain and fill that you can do yourself also but depending the life of the oil that's already in, i am not sure if this is a great idea as some members have noticed slippage. but if you ask me honestly i would do this diy without thinking twice. tune up like this and the oil change are something you're better off doing yourself. every dealership will charge you more. a good reputable auto shop can also take care of your car for half the price. it's really up to you.
