Hey all, long-time lurker, first-time poster. This community and forum has helped me a ton in the past...

I have a 2005 FX45 with chrome 20" stock wheels that are quite literally falling apart (due to previous owner in harsh winter climate with A LOT of road salt). There is a set of 2006-08 20" FX45 stock wheels for sale in my neighborhood and I would like to swap them out when I buy new tires this winter.

I've read a lot of posts and can't seem to find an answer, so here is my question -- Are there any fitment issues between the different 2003-05 and 2006-08 stock wheel designs? Both sets are 20x8 with 40 ET and same center bore, but is there any reason the 2006+ won't work on the 2005?

Thanks in advance everybody!

Thanks to everybody for the quick and helpful (and, of course, truthful) responses. I picked up the set for $200. All four straight as an arrow, no curb rash, but two need painted in some spots. Or perhaps I'll just powdercoat them all black or dark gray... Either way, for $200, I'll take it.

How much can I expect to pay for sandblasting/powdercoating for all four wheels?

And thanks for the heads up, StuLax18. I'll post to the "Random Questions" thread with similar questions in the future.

Should be no more than $500. I paid that much, and it included all the mounting/balancing tire stuff also. I went to a wheel repair place for it, actually.
