2005 FX35 starting a loud noise behind the passanger dash with AC on

As title states I have a 2005 fx35 around 128k miles.
When I first start the car up if the AC is on there is sometimes a sound almost like the loose belt.
It happens every few days but on days it does happen it happens alot.
If the AC is turned off noise goes away.
If i beat the dash it goes away.

AC seems to blow fine when this is happening.

Anyone know the most likely issue and how to go about fixing it?
 
Only part of the AC system in the dash which could cause noise is the blower motor which I believe is in the glove box area. Does the noise go away when you just turn the AC off but leave the fan on? Or does it only go away when you shut it all down and there is no air blowing?
