2005 FX35 rear camera

Hey guys, I tryed to do my homework and study up on this but found very little information. I've got a 2005 fx35 sport and my rear camera doesn't work. I've had the vehicle about a month now and it didn't work since I bought it. Just wondering if someone can give me some insight on maybe wats wrong or wat I need to replace. The screen is just black when in reverse. And thoughts are appreciated!! Thanks!!!

Have you checked the fuse for the camera itself? If it turns black, the turn on in reverse is working, but there's no signal from the camera. My FX camera has never given me issues, but I installed one on my BMW and the first camera I used failed and when that happened all I saw was the black screen.

So check the power to the camera and the signal wire from the camera.

I bet that camera is dead. Had the same so bought used one but fully working.
Note that pre-lift are larger than cameras from +06 . Just FYI

I checked all fuses and there all good, it's prolly pointing at the camera itself right??
