2003 FX45 Possible vacuum issue

Good Morning, need help please? I installed a RActive CAI, I have installed exactly as posted pics suggested. I only removed one vacuum line and had to make adjustment due to length. Car starts then stalls. Ant assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Check for any leaks, make sure all sensors are plugged in, reset the ecu. If it just started after install, culprit is found. Last resort, put back your stock intake.

Thanks! The only sensor is the MAF sensor and it's plugged in only one vacuum hose and it's connected.
 
This may sound stupid and IDK if it makes a difference if it reads only airflow in only one direction, but make sure you reinstalled the MAF sensor in the right direction? If you had everything apart and installing new pipes and such I could see where this could easily happen. Just a thought!
