2010 FX35 AWD
hi everyone. i have my 2010 fx35 7at awd from Spring, and can't figure out if this is normal or not.
if I hit brake pedal harder while driving (like coming to a stop or just trying to go slower) I feel that transmission slips into neutral (LCD screen shows D) and then engages gear again.
example: coming to red light and braking harder to a stop try to accelerate immediately but trans is in neutral and engine just revs up and then after some seconds gear kicks in and car jumps.
example: accelerating to 60 then hitting brake to 40, try to accelerate again, but trans is in neutral and it kicks in gear hard.
example: stopping at red light and waiting. feeling that trans is engaging 1st gear after few seconds

everything else works fine. gears are shifting normally when accelerating, downshifting also normally when coasting. manual shifting normal.

can someone identify the what could be the problem?

You probably just need to get your transmission computer flashed, common issue on the 2nd gens. The 7AT transis so awkward always trying to find a higher gear. I drive with the paddles 99% of the time.

Call the dealer - it's a TSB iirc

If they run the same policy as in my country Nissan won't be able to help you, they keep Nissan + Infiniti extremely separated
