09 FX35 Shift Knob Problem

Hello I have a problem with the shift knob on my 09 FX35. On a very cold day.. let's say -20 C and under the knob moves very easily to N when I put it into D. If I just flick the knob with my finger it goes to N. It seems there is no resistence to stay in the D spot. I find this very annoying and quite dangerous when I'm on the road and go over a bump and it just goes to N. When the interior temperature is warm, it seems to be just fine. Only when it is below freezing this issue occurs. Anyone experiencing this problem?

Hmm, thats really weird. Mine is easy to shift into N from D but not as easy as hitting a bump and it falls through..I suggest taking it to the dealer with a video of it falling into N. They should take care of it. That is pretty dangerous.
