From Infiniti? I highly doubt an aftermarket set will come out.

+1 and I highly doubt an OEM set will come out as well. The new lights confirm with the EU regulations (the prev gen lights didn't) and as far as I know, your tail lights need to have red reflectors for that purpose. Unless Infiniti comes up with sport/smoked/clear tail lights just for US, it won't come out..
