04' FX35 Engine Shield missing

Does anyone know the part # for the lower engine shield under the 2004 FX35? My FX was missing it when purchased, I was waiting for body shop, but considering putting it on myself. I am currently looking straight through my engine to the ground. Not a good thing considering I like to play in the snow. Difficult to do or just snaps on? I'm also missing one of the small flaps right under the bumper, no clue what it's called.

Here are the cheap ones. It works, but don't expect it to nice and thick like the stock ones. I have the $79 ebay one for three years now.
