03 FX35 Starting Problems

My car recently died a few times at intersections and then started giving me problems starting. after a few times the check engine light, slip and VDC off light came on. It still starts but most of the time is turns over several times. It also seems to run fine once in starts and since the lights have came on it doesn't die at intersections either. Does anyone have any ideas?

I had that problem once before but this i a little different. Almost like a fuel or timing problem. Had a friend check the code and it is P0340. Camshaft Position Sensor for Bank 1, will that be the drivers side of the engine? Also does anyone have any idea why this code would make the other two lights come one?

Yeah I had the same problem. Don't bother taking it to the dealer. Buy the sensor from them and it will take you 15mins to do it. Dealer was asking 600$ to replace it. Just make sure to earse the code after replacing it.
