K... I recently replaced the front struts, strut bearings, the left front bearing hub, and lower front control arms... Everything is really snug and tight now. I knew the bad struts caused some slack and figured they caused the rotors to wear wonky. A couple days ago I went ahead and did the brakes to finally try and get rid of a slight vibration in the pedal and steering wheel when hitting the brakes. Well, I grabbed some new pads and turned the rotors. When installing, I spun the rotor and noticed it was hitting the pads in one spot on the inside of the rotor off and on. I threw some lug nuts on the rotor to make sure it was snug and spun it again. The darn rotor is wobbling in and out quite a bit when comparing it to the inside shield when i spin it! They said when they turned em they were in decent shape. Now, is the hub bearing bad? Or the rotor? I yanked on it in every direction and there's no slack in the bearing. However, I think it's probably the original with 107K. Can these hubs get bent? That's what it acts like. I don't know any other way to check if the rotor is true. Not sure if I should replace the hub bearing or buy new rotors? Seems like they would have noticed that they were that bad when they turned em. Just need some direction...
Thanks much.
