Sun visor clip broke

I flipped down my visor and the clip that holds it broke on the back. Now that plastic part is inside the roof. How hard will it be to retrieve the broken piece and also replace the part itself?
 
The clip itself just twists and cones out. Hopefully the broken piece will just fall out through the opening or maybe using a vacuum attachment try to get it out.
 
So today I broke the mirror on my drivers side visor. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement visor?
 
What color clip do I need? The part comes in brick and black. I have a black interior but that part is more greyish if I recall.
