Pirelli Verde is a great A/S tire , very smooth on the highway and feels pretty good in the rain . The only negative was in the summer you felt its limits on turns

Haven't done any real hot weather driving with them yet since I mounted them right before the cold weather kicked in but I will definitely be putting these through them motions all year so we shall see.

No real noticeable loss of power. I love them so far.

I just bought these tires on tirerack yesterday with blowout sale for $143 per tire.. After shipping, it was $682.. Only drawback is that it's 2013 production. Will it be safe to ride these even though they're 3 years old?

There's articles out there. I think 7 years is the recommended time for tires. You should have tried to price match with Discount Tire Direct. I saw the same deal a few months ago and showed DTD and they price matched. Dec 2015 production for mine.

if 7 years then it should be worn out by then. I will have 4 years to drive them (roughly 45k miles). I will try to maintain them and apply water based tire dressing

man, if i'd known to price match, i would have done so but I already received my tires from tirerack. Oh well. To be honest, i have my other vehicles with 2011 and 2012 production tires and they all still seem to be running fine. I checked the pirelli tires that I just received and they were produced at the end of the year of 2013. So it's not that old

Got the new Pirelli's today...MFG'd 37th week of 2015

520AA wear, XL load range, Y speed rating (up to 186MPH...yeah right!)

Lined up like soldiers waiting to install..

I just got them installed and I love them. FYI.. these WILL fit on 10.5s. I was worried they would look too stretched but I think they look perfect.

just had these installed on my 50 today. Had discount tire price match tire rack. I like that they are wider than stock. The side wall is a bit taller which I don't love however they do fill the wheel wells better and the ride has been good so far.
